Basic Mediation Training
Community Solutions of Central Oregon Annual Basic Mediation Training
2026 – Community Solutions of Central Oregon, l 40-hour Basic Mediation Training.
We are happy to offer in-person training that satisfies Oregon’s statutory guidelines for mediators in Central Oregon. Community Solutions provides a unique pathway for individuals who want to learn how to resolve conflict constructively—whether in their professional lives, volunteer service, or personal relationships.
The program combines self-paced study with live, hands-on practice, culminating in an engaging practicum, individual coaching, and personalized feedback. Designed to be effective, rigorous, and fun, the training equips participants with the tools and confidence needed to mediate effectively in real-world situations.
Training Schedule
Part 1: Online Learning & Observations
