Manufactured and Marina Communities Resource Center

Support for Manufactured & Marina Communities

As a partner of the Manufactured and Marina Communities Resource Center (MMCRC), we serve Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson counties in Oregon. Our goal is to ensure that community members, tenants, and park managers know that free, confidential resources are available to support healthy communication and resolve disputes.

The Manufactured and Marina Communities Resource Center (MMCRC) provides confidential, neutral help for residents and landlords in manufactured home parks and marina communities. The program promotes open communication and helps maintain a positive, respectful living environment.

Park Managers & Owners
Property managers and owners looking for neutral assistance to resolve disputes and maintain a positive community environment.

Mediation is used when issues cannot be resolved informally.
A neutral mediator helps both sides communicate and explore solutions.
Both parties must participate at least once when mediation is required.
Either the tenant or landlord can start the process by contacting their local CDRC or the MMCRC.
Mediators share the results of mediation with the MMCRC.
