Fees For Service
Community Solutions of Central Oregon provides professional, accessible, cost-effective services to all clients.
If you have a valid hardship that is making it difficult to pay our fees, speak with a staff member or your assigned mediator, they may be able to help reduce or, with authorization from the Executive Director, eliminate your fees.
Standard Mediation Services
For private services not covered by Government grants. Please contact us to see if your mediation could be covered by an Oregon Grant Partner!
Mediations are scheduled in two-hour time blocks, with 30 minutes of consultation and scheduling time at no cost. Payment is required prior to mediation session in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
Parties to a dispute are encouraged to share the cost for mediation unless otherwise negotiated by the parties.

Family Mediation
Divorce, Legal Separation, Custody, Parenting Plan, and Older Adult Mediation
$200 per hour for mediation and document preparation of court filing attachments such as a mediated agreement, child support worksheet, and parenting plan.
When both parties engage in the collaborative process of mediation, on average they will spend 25% of what it would cost to retain an attorney. Please refer to our Family Court Orientation Page for more information about the cost savings of family court mediation.*

$15 deposit at the time of scheduling
Fee payments can be made at our office, over the phone, or via secure webmail. We accept cash, check, and credit card.

*If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice of your scheduled session we will refund your payment. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance incur a $50 non-refundable fee.
