Our services to the General Public are varied, to include a wide range of education, facilitation, and mediation programs. The majority of long-standing services are provided to helping families, neighbors, and youth groups understand and work through challenging situations ranging from family restructuring to neighbor-to-neighbor disputes, to improving teen/peer communications.
Two additional groups we strive to improve services to include local and regional area Veterans and Native Americans through partner Veteran Service Organizations and Indian Nations Tribal Courts.
A critical partner in providing dispute resolution services to owners, managers, and residents of Mobile and Manufactured Dwelling Parks (MDP) is the State-sponsored Manufactured Communities Resource Center (MCRC). Working closely with MCRC, we provide services to those living in close proximity to one another who, on occasion, need support with a variety of issues including interpersonal communications, resident disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, or assistance with Board MDP policy enforcement. Funding is provided by MCRC and is no-cost for MDP participants.
